Coach RYCH allows athletes to rate their coach between 1 to 5 stars based on a questionnaire.
Athletes can find or add their coach for rating, and anonymously inform their coach without fear of retribution.
Coach RYCH allows athletes to identify 5-star coaches that they may want to align with to reach their goals.
If the athlete desires additional skills training, a mental strength or mental toughness coach, or if they desire to find a professional recruiter, they can find it with Coach RYCH.
If a Coach desires additional leadership training, they too can find it at Coach RYCH.
Coaches are rated on team sports which include football, basketball (men & women), baseball, softball, volleyball, cheer, soccer (men & women), and lacrosse (men & women), with available analytics and rankings for consideration.
The athlete can find discounted skills training, recruitment assistance and mental strengthening in just a few clicks to help their mental, physical and skill progressions.
